We were lucky enough to get the support of a bunch of wonderful performers including: LABJACD, Rob Sawyer Band, Jess McAvoy, Loren and the Grow Your Owns, Liz Stringer, Dan Sultan, Emma Heeney, Sam Lohs, Nathan Gaunt, Austin, Tobias Cummings, The Little Stevies, Samuel Marcus, Freya Hanly, and The Persicopes!
As well as great music, we had amazing food from Lentil as Anything and a wonderful market selling handmade jewellery, second hand clothing, children’s clothing and more.
We also auctioned off a guitar signed by all the performers and signed goods from Bernard Fanning, Silverchair, Missy Higgins, Jen Cloher and more!
The Good Seed Festival and Future Cambodia Fund received great media coverage with interviews on RRR, ABC Radio and articles in The Melbourne Times, Northcote Leader, BEAT Magazine, MX and numerous mentions on Triple J!
There will be another Good Seed Festival in 2008, if anyone would like to be involved, please contact us.
